Delivery a bit slow. Expected faster. Lack of detailed and easier to understand instructions. Not everyone knows how to work with a camping mattress. In fact I wanted to buy a beach mattress but this one will do.

Absolutely amazing service, ordered both a white and a black set of scales. When delivered only the white was there, I contacted them via email and explained what had happened they promptly sent another black set out so basically within a day they received my complaint, dealt with my complaint and settled my complaint. Can't ask for better service than that. As for the scales, they are brilliant....me, my wife and sister in law all use the scales to keep track of our weight loss via the app you down load on the iPad. Defo recommend the product and the company ðŸËÂðŸâÂ

Good product. Only issue was the delivery. Delivery man rang my buzzer to my flat, I let him in but he didn't bring the product up to my door or say anything on the phone. so I waited 10 minutes then decided to go down to the door of my building and the item was left on the floor in front of the door.

It was my second purchase which allowed me to use my 10% discount. The Smart weighing scale that measures amongst other thigns visceral fat, BMI etc was reduced from £32.99 to £26.99 plus with my applied discount I paid £21.99 . If this wasn't good enough a few days later on Amazon when I was browsing for an item, on the suggested feed, it recommended Omrons Smart scale which had exactly the same functionality for £99.00. My happiness can only be quantified by imagining the reverse situation where I had purchased Omrons only to find ActiveEra did the same thing for 75% cheaper. I would not have been happy so I count it all joy and thoroughly recommend it.
