The item arrived well packed, promptly, delivered by someone who understood social distancing. It appears to be good quality and the instructions are clear. An online chat helped me choose the right product. The enclosed card asking me to register the product gave a link which took me to the general website and it needed a further email before I found the place to register online.

The service and speed of delivery was great. I have only given 4 stars as i have only inflated it in the house for a few minuets but first impressions is 5 star plus, really comfy and hope it holds up on our camping trip in August. Well done
