I ordered some scales, I paid with a credit card, you had them delivered as agreed. Er, that's it isn't it? A bit disappointed that the product was made made in China. Local manufacture and shorter supply lines are better for the environment.

Free next day delivery even in these circumstances. It said it would take longer but was here the next day! Great product too. Will definitely recommend

The service was excellent and on time. It is very early to know the results. Hoping it will be as good quality as the service.
HOWEVER. I have received 2 pair of scales! One on Thursday last week and 1 on Friday. The 2nd one is not open yet, I would like to send it back but there is no address, no telephone number to contact you.
I NEED A LABEL WITH THE ADDRESS AND SPECIALLY FREE RETURN AND PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T CHARGE ME TWICE!!!!!!!!

I have lost over 5stone over the last couple of years so thought I would try these scales to help me maintain. I was not disappointed! They are brilliant. I am an over 50 year old female. I am so pleased that they tell me my muscle mass and my bone density. I am so happy that I have above average for some of my age.
Would highly recommend. Excellent!
