Second order from APC, and this one arrived more than a week after expected (not APC fault - postal delay). Despite the delay, all plants arrived healthy and gorgeous. Additionally, when I contacted customer service with my concerns about the delay and the condition the plants would arrive in, my concern was handled with care. I really appreciate everything about APC!

One of the best shopping experiences I've had recently. Website was clear and concise. Purchasing was easy. The air plants arrived quicker than expected safely packaged along with easy to follow after care instructions. We purchased the variety packs and were not disappointed. The plants arrived healthy and beautiful.

Loved “Ernesto -“ the planter. He
Is just the cutest. I put air plants in them to give to neighbors. They loved them. So it was a win for everyone.

I had an issue with one of my plants and the customer service person did everything she could to help me with the problem and then offered to send me a replacement plant free of charge (the plant is doing quite well). Customer service for Air Plant CIty is top notch, responsive, timely and thorough.

Most of mine are dying. I ordered two gran bags about a month ago and I am down 1/3 already. I have been setting a timer for 20 and soaking them. Get some light but not too much. I dint know what to do. I ordered so many because I wanted to sell them in these little ceramic vases but not if they are going to die.
