Air Plant City really came through for me. I was buying 50 plants to use for a kids party craft (make your own terrariums). I spoke with them and they walked me through the best options to order to give me a variety of plants without costing too much money on a craft for 8 year olds.
The plants sent were exactly what I needed—a variety of sizes, heights and textures, so they would look good in groupings in the glass bowls. A few plants were quite dry from shipping and didn’t seem to take in enough water over the next week to rebound. Air Plant City immediately sent me replacements in time for the party. I am very impressed with them and will use them in the future. Fantastic customer service.

The plants arrived earlier than expected and they were big, healthy, freshly watered, and well groomed. I was surprised at the large size of the plants, especially the free ones included with cork bark.
Unlike a previous purchase from Amazon that arrived with dormant plants that were damaged, it was clear my plants from Air Plant City had been tended with personal attention. The cork bark looks great and I'm rapidly turning into a hobbyist!

Totally thrilled with my plants!!!! The site was very easy to use. SO many to choose from. I tried out 3 plants this time plus my freebie. Much bigger than I expected which is great!
Mister is perfect, got some cholla pieces which were also bigger than I expected..and all the care information is cool. I've always struggled with air plants but now I know how!
I have already told many plant owner friends about this site. Very pleased!

You did a great job packing the tectorum. I am glad you did because the post office messed up. The plants were supposed to be here last Sat. and they just arrived this Sat. I put a tracer on the pkg because they were plants. The plants are beautiful and I have put them in water. Thank you.
