Delivery was a problem for a while, but you handled it effectively. The plants were well packaged and seem to be doing well. This was the second time that I ordered plants and I am happy with what I have received. I will definitely purchase again.

I have ordered numerous times from the Air Plant Shop. On the rare event there is an issue with a plant (rare considering how much I have ordered) these people are hugely responsive and remediate the situation immediately. I recommend the Air Plant Shop all the time as an excellent source for well price and good quality air plants.

Like some I’m sure, I expected them to be larger. Regardless, I am still enjoying them. Especially the last ones sent. Thanks.
