very fast delivery and amazing quality plants! I've had some rough experiences with other companies that ship plants so I was a little apprehensive about trying again but I am so glad I tried out Air Plant Shop and will DEFINITELY be buying from here again!

Second time purchase. Great customer service. Well packaging. Follow instructions to soak air plants in filtered water for 20 min. I added Liquid dirt fertilizer. They perk up after. They are healthy plants.

I received my order quickly and had a few that didn't make it but I contacted the company and was sent replacements quickly. I gave four stars rather than five because when I contacted the company I said I wanted to order five more of the same plants as the replacements they were sending me and was hoping they would contact me so they could all be sent out together but they didn't contact me. Needless to say, I didn't do a new order because I didn't want to pay for shipping on five plants, so I'll wait until another time to order more.
