I got this as a gift for my friend she ABSOLUTELY loved it and I had a concern with it as soon as it arrived. Customer service is fantastic, they were very helpful in assisting my concerns and even attached a pic of what a one looks like. Fantastic, I will definently be purchasing again!

I have ordered a LOT of plants from the Air Plant Shop, and I've been very pleased with the selection, quality, and value of what I've received. It was very unusual when several of the plants in a recent order arrived in poor condition, but they were replaced promptly for me. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely amazing customer service. As a florist I was in need of these for an event, and I even received a phone call to make sure my order was correct and that shipping would make it. The package was packed well. Gorgeous product.

Customer service is excellent! We've ordered several times. Recently we had some plants arrive in not the best condition, likely due to the recent heatwave and slow USPS delivery. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped out replacement plants.
