I am enjoying my air plants and the moss I ordered. One of the air plants has already died. I am not sure what happened. I mist them, put them in a water for approx. 15-20 minutes. Shake off the excess and let dry overnight, upside down on a clean paper towel. All of the others look great. It's a mystery

Great customer service! Two items were mistakenly left off of my order. I emailed customer service on Sunday , of course a closed day for office workers. The very next day, Monday I received an email apologizing for their error and that the missing items were already in the mail! Can’t get better than that!!!!!! Love this store!!!!

All but one plant looks good, I can’t tell if it is sick. It’s kinda soft in the center but no leaves have come out.
