I ordered the 24lbs of mixed size cork bark and although there was an additional charge for shipping that wasn’t listed, it wasn’t too egregious going with the land/barge option out to Hawaii and they contacted me immediately by email before proceeding to let me know and give me two shipping options and to confirm if I still wanted to place my order. That attention is why even with the shipping uncharge, my experience was 5 stars. And then of course the quality of the cork bark was excellent! There was a balanced and diverse mix of their different sizes and I’ll be able to mount a lot of happy orchids onto these beautiful cork pieces for a long time!
