The 'large' caput medusa plants that I received were not the same size as the one I received in a 'large grab bag'. I was disappointed that they weren't what I expected. All 10 that I got were healthy. I sent a photo of both to you in another review that was requested several days ago but received no response.

I'm new to air plants and this shop is really great; the reason for 4 stars is that recently I received a tectorum that wasn't the size I ordered; it also was extremely dried out and smashed a bit. These things happen. I trust they'll honor their 30-day guarantee when I contact them. The rest of my plants are beautiful and I can't wait to see how they grow.
