OMG best plants! I’ve order air plants from other places before and they don’t stand a chance compared to these! Shipping was less than a week! Good packaging, nothing was damaged or dying! Came with nice care card and a free gift are plant! Weeks later they are healthy and looking great! Just be sure to water with distilled water, the city tap in San Francisco killed my earlier air plants from a long time ago! 10/10 would recommend

After trying several different vendors, Air Plant Shop is the best source for healthy, vibrant and more unusual air plants This purchase was exceptionally outstanding. Medium size? Well it arrived well packaged and is very big for medium sized. Very pleased... took me a bit to position the grapevine, several options but nailed the perfect crevice to display this beautiful plant. Thanks

I really really love the plant shop, the air babies are always welcomed with excitement in my home. I had a problem with one of my babies last order and have yet to receive a response to my response on one of my babies. But over all 2 of my plants is actually doing well. Would love to send a picture of my set up.

I always find that 1 of 5 plants have broken leaves. I think it's because of the way you pack the plants in the box. The tissue helps a little and it's cheap, but the plants are all lumped together. a mound of 20 plants in a single sheet of tissue just isn't working. The plants move around a lot and the leaves bend over eventually breaking off. I think you should separte the plants in paper shred so each individual plant does not move. Your prices are pretty good, but it doesn't really make them worth it if I can only use 4 of the 5 palnt averageand not be able to use them in my displays that I sell. I can't sell plants that have leaves broken off and bent over. I am sure I will still use you, but please take another look at your shipping. It's not really working and it's not really quality shipping.

The plants were perfect and so was the delivery. My only problem being pretty new with airplants was trying to find out their names since I had ordered a group. I did send a picture to Jamie, an employee in customer service and she was able to help me. So I must say it was a excellent experience.
