The plants took forever to get here between the snow and holiday! I am watching them but it looks like i will lose a couple. They probably got way to cold sitting in the mail warehouse over the 3 day weekend. Not your fault at all. Thanks

I ordered plants and the post office said they delivered them but I didn't get them and I was texting back and forth with your company and you answer very promptly. You all said if the package didn't show up you would replace it. Come to find out the post office put it in the wrong box and it set in below freezing temperatures for 2 days. When I messaged you all to tell you I found the plants and what had happened again y'all volunteered to replace the plants if they didn't survive the cold. Excellent customer service
PS the plants are doing fine

All plants were good; only one died. I was disappointed that some of them were not a little larger.
