Love the big ones can't wait until they bloom all three of them that I got with this order are different from what I have ordered in the pass. I want to get a piece of driftwood and try and put them on it. But for now, just spraying with water to keep from getting dry.
Thanks

I love my xerographica plant, I ordered a small one and it's bigger than I thought it would be, which is great because I have a lovely dish to display it in. When it arrived I followed the included directions for hydration and let it dry before setting it in its new home. I have it near a window that gets good light, and I hope it likes its surroundings. It came carefully wrapped and in great shape.

My air plant Christmas tree was running behind and management made sure to contact me and let me know what's going on. In the end it arrived fine. Glad they let me know, great customer service!

I purchased a Christmas airplant tree. The package was lost and took 2.5 weeks to get to me. When it came the box that was labeled “fragile” was crushed. Needless to say the Christmas tree did not look like a tree but rather a crushed ball. I reached out to Air Plant Shop and they gave me credit for the entire amount.

My air plants arrived in excellent condition, and the US Post Office delivered them in a timely manner this time!! Another time when the Post Office was very delayed in delivering my order, the plants were still in excellent shape!

In my first order I lost three air plants. This last order of twenty plus three free are doing well. I need to use the plant food this week that I purchased from you. I am enjoying the different creative ways to display the air plants. I also feel your pricing is reasonable. Would like a better deal on shipping.
