As I mentioned in my product review, I am so impressed with your Customer Service. After I placed my order, I emailed them to request a certain plant appearance (short and squatty instead of tall and slender) to fill in a display I was using. They were very accommodating which shocked me that they could associate my email with my online order and still have my plants in the mail so quickly. Bravo!

Great service. Excellent product. Great training videos. I am adding your Air Plants to my retail store. Very happy with quality. Would like to have the bundles of plant offers identified to make sure I can tell what they are. I have ordered the mid and large size twice but nothing came to tell me what each plant was. It would save me time.

The air plants I received were in great condition. They were larger than expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of the air plants in the premium grab bag.

Not only did the website provide a wealth of instructional care information, the Representatives answered my questions via phone and email after purchase.I don't feel that I am out here on my own with my first Xerographica purchase and that means alot to me. I am new to all of this but I do feel that my new babies are in good hands!

Plants arrived in excellent condition. After a good soak they looked happy. Love finding places for them in an old piece of wood, little china cups, and still looking for small places to put them.!!! What a fun hobby!

Highly recommended. I ordered a mix of small air plants that fit into a 4” terrarium for my daughter’s Sweet 16 favors. They arrived on time and in great condition. My customer service experience was outstanding as well.
