I love the plants! Though they were in shock from the shipping I'm doing all I can to help get them to perk up, the bigger one also has got some rot in its lower leaves. Any suggestions?

It’s my first time growing an air plant, so the videos that are offered are so helpful. I felt confident caring for them right from the start. They arrived very well packaged and shipped fairly quickly. I’m glad I purchased the scissors they work very well. Everything is beautiful and doing well. I will definitely purchase more.

The shopping experience was great simple and easy! However, we had a heat warning with over a hundred degree weather and the delivery person left my poor babies in the mailbox!! My 3 Argentia thins were crispy and I sent an email to the CS Center to talk to someone about them. I had never bought them before so I had no idea what to expect them to be like. I sent pictures and it just seemed like the person was telling me to just to just keep them they would be fine so I’m hoping they will

The Tillasandia I purchased was very dry on the bottom, several bottom leaves are brown. Sent this a week ago and never heard anything. The others are great.
