I only had two come in looking rough from the heat. Temperatures have been well over 90 here. Both have since not recovered but everything else is thriving and beautiful. I love all of them.

I ordered 3 plants and all three plants were beautiful and healthy, even after shipping, and after a short soaking looked even more beautiful. Will order from them again.

After several days delay by the postal service, plants finally arrived. Somewhat stresses and wilted. After a good soaking for about an hour or so, I laid them out to dry and placed them on their display and they appeared to be doing fine. The fine folks at Air Plant Shop were following tracking as well and they were in contact with me throughout the delay!

Air Plant Shop is always excellent. Their plants are top quality and their packing and shipping is done with care and speed. The fact that they give money to help schools via Pencils of Promise makes me happy as well. All around a great experience. I recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful plants.

This is very difficult to write. Up to this last shipment I have been very appreciative working with your operations and personnel. I was really disappointed in receiving one air plant (Tillandsia) named Capitita Salmon. It looked in poor shape and even though you were offering me credit, I am trying to revive the plant. It is slightly better so that is a good sign, but the quality was the poorest of all those sent previously.

I’ve ordered from your company in the past and my latest order arrived 4 days late. A few of the plants didn’t make the journey but you sent some replacement plants the next day. Wonderful customer service! Thank you!

My plants arrived in a timely manner. I purchased a 5 pack and a couple of them were not in the greatest shape but I do believe they will be fine with some love and attention. Received a free plant which was beautiful. I will definitely be ordering again
