Ordering live plants can be challenging! I’ve ordered a cpl of times now & have been thrilled with the promptness of their arrival as well as the quality. When I did have a problem it was addressed immediately and they sent replacement plants for the trouble. A company that responds responsibly as they did has my loyalty. I intend on placing many more orders in the future!! Thank you! Luv your products & I surely will spread the word!! Doreen Cohen

I've ordered from the Air Plant Shop multiple times since Jan 2023, both through Amazon and directly from their site, and the plants always arrive quickly and carefully packed. Every plant I've received from them has been beautiful and healthy and I will continue to order wonderfully unique air plants from them as soon as I find more places to put them!
