Your service is great. I had not received my plants, in a timely manner like I usually do. I sent an email. It was answered quickly, and found postal had lost package. I received a new package in just a few day with my beautiful plants.

My air plant is super cute and the log just wish the holes were bigger in the log so the air plant fit better.

Actually, it would be 4.9 stars if I didn't think that 2 of the plants might die. The base leaves were black. Service and delivery were outstanding!!! Yes, I will shop here once again.
