Shipping was quick, everything was packed great, received some free plants for spending over a certain amount. All of the products and plants were in great condition upon arrival. No complaints!

The 'Tillys' were bigger than I expected and in great shape. The small round bowls with sand give them a nice home.

I purchase a tillandsia and seashell collection as a gift for my sister and wanted to specify a certain shipping date. Ellie from Customer Service was extremely accommodating, and my order was shipped on the promised date and my sister loves her gift — a great shopping experience!

I ordered a grab bag and love the surprise assortment of air plants! The order shipped promptly and all the plants were intact, even the blooming stems. I'm already looking forward to another air plant purchase.

Very happy with the plants I received. I ordered plants from other places in the past & the plants from the Air Plant Shop seem healthier, better selection and some even had flowers. I'll be sure to order from you again!

I was so excited to place my order with the Air Plant Shop and I was not disappointed! The plants arrived quickly and all of them were in great shape! I have had a lot of air plants and these by far were the best looking I have ever received! After I gave them all a nice soak from their trip from Florida, I made a terrarium and put some plants in shells within the first couple hours of receiving them! Love them and can't wait to order some more! Thank you Air Plant Shop for caring about your plants and for packing them with such care! I will definitely be back for more : )

I got about 100 plants for my wedding and they all arrived healthy and look so cute! Customer service was helpful and easy to work with to figure out the best size I needed as well as the best shipping day for me to get them close to the event date. Definitely would order again!
