Everything was great. I've had air plants before and my new plants are all very lovely. I've displayed and watered them as instructed and they are doing great but one plant arrived with browned leaves and doesn't seem to have made it. ;-(

I have made a number of purchases from Air Plant Supply--always with excellent results. All but one of my orders arrived early.
My last order took a 10 day summer tour of Texas courtesy of USPS. When it arrived I thought it was still healthy. However two weeks later I discovered it was failing. I notified Air Plant Supply and they immediately sent me a replacement. That is excellent customer service.
