I ordered from Air Plant Supply for a work event. All plants were in good condition except for one batch of 25, but when I sent a message and photo they quickly replaced the less than perfect plants snd I didn’t have to ship anything back to them. I’m a very happy customer.

Tillandsia Xerographica Seedling - 2-4 Inches Wide - Help Support Sustainable Farming

This was my first order I was overjoyed with the beautiful plants that I received. Many of them were much larger than had been advertised. I did find that the juncea from the grab bag assortment had, unfortunately, perished. I contacted customer service and was helped by Ellie. She apologized and offered a replacement option since they no longer had junceas in stock. When my replacement arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find not one but five replacements. To top it all off they promptly shipped both my order and replacements. Thank you for your phenomenal customer service!
