Beautiful plants and carefully packaged for shipping.
My only complaint would be that there wasn’t any info about the plants or care information.

Your site is very user friendly, and my plant arrived in my mailbox on the curb. The plant is what I ordered. Because it is so cold right now, I'm hoping it survives. It looks a bit weary right now from shipping, but I'm hoping for the best.

I ordered a multi-pack and the variety of plants was surprising! But I ordered them in December, and they froze in transit. Those that lived were vibrant and beautiful. That's on me but they still refunded me so I can order again in the summer. A+ customer service in addition to great quality and fast shipping.

Nicely packaged but one of the airplants fall apart as soon as we soaked it for the first time. Hoping the core might recover, but it's less than half the size it started off as.

There were weather issues and shipping delays, so plants arrived in bad shape. But customer service was great and shipped me out new ones after I supplied videos and photos.

1st time ordering from AirPlantSupplyCo. My order arrived super quick. All the airplants I ordered looked great. The prices are very affordable. Already made a 2nd order which is arriving soon and working on a 3rd order. I was more of a houseplant person but because of a smaller space the airplants are providing my need for plants around me. Also easier to pack up and move on with.

Wow! Every single plant was healthy and is still thriving - and I bought a lot! I will definitely make this my go to destination for the next (or next dozen) air plants. I gave these as Christmas presents this year and everyone - to a person - loved them and thought it was a unique and thoughtful gift. Thanks for making my holidays a breeze!
