Prompt turnaround from ordering to delivery. All air plants looked good and healthy. I have ordered from you multiple times and several plants have died. I’ve followed the directions and submerged in water once a week.

Always a good experience doing biz with Air Plant Supply Co. Shipping time is good. The plants always arrive in great condition. If I could upload a photo here I would. All my plants are doing awesome.
Keep in mind any plant can be finicky. These are not difficult to care for. Different kinds need different amounts of water. Some like to be soaked for an hour a week. Some like a heavier soak. Some of them like the heavy mist two to three times a week. Just keep an eye on them. There are signs you will see before you kill them. Look folks, it's not set and forget it.
Most green thumbs for tell you that plants talk, you need to listen.
This company delivers in a big way. Care for your plants and they will care for you...

The air plants I ordered were well packaged and healthy. I loved the variety. Some of the urchin shells were differently sized which posed a slight challenge for me being as I plan to sell them in my shop for one price. Overall I look forward to ordering more in the future. Thank you!
