I never got the order I placed November 14, and they shipped on the 15th- 2 weeks ago. They were supposed to be delivered on Sat Nov 20th and I emailed them on the 22nd to let them know they are in lala land and the form email I received back said "they are safe up to 2 weeks". I emailed them again that they still had not arrived by the 24th and received the same exact blanket email. Tracking just says "arriving late" and they camped out in Denver for about a week, and now Seattle for another week. I had a separate order that I received 4 or 5 days after shipping, and some of those are brown, so I am not holding out any hope that this order that shipped a week prior will arrive alive....

I order about every other month as I do craft shows and design air plant displays. My shipments have always arrived in four days or less. Three weeks ago I place a large order as I had two shows to prepare . for. After a week, the plants had not arrived. I contacted customer service who said I should give it two weeks. Four days later I contacted customer service and explained I needed the plants right away. They were kind enough to ship a replacement order via FedEx overnight express. Thankfully, the morning before the show I received the original order and the replacement order. I contacted customer service who said to keep both shipments. What a gift!!!! Wonderful doing business with you. Your plants are the best as is your customer service
