My first order was excellent. This was my second and this time around plants where not carefully wrapped or separated. Also one of them was all squished up and seems to be dead, super dry with all curved up and not even green. More brownish ash color than green on it. Disappointed.

All of the Air Plants I ordered are great size and quality. Also, when I reached out to customer service and asked for the species of the plants I received, I was responded to promptly and provided the information.

I only discovered Air Plants in the last couple of years and I love them. So easy to take care of and you can be very creative of their display. I've never had a bad order from this company. They arrive quickly and in great shape.

I have shopped with Air Plant several times. Each time, it has been a stellar experience for me, and the person I have sent the air plant(s) to. I don't think I would shop anywhere else. Very happy with the plants, shipping and selection of inventory. Thank you, and best wishes in this new year!

Great company. Plants have always arrived in great shape. However this year I had one plant that wasn’t doing well when it arrived. One quick email and it was replaced (with 3 new plants) and delivered in 2 days! I was still able to wrap and deliver it as a a Christmas gift. I am a customer for life.
