Last order was good other than a Xerographica that died a week later (replacement on the way, thanks!). So far, so good with the others. Really the only variety I can't figure out at all are the juncea which I can't keep alive

Every other time I have ordered I have been very very happy with my plants. They arrived healthy and beautiful. However, this order didn't arrive this way. The 3 medium size plants were not in good shape, when putting in water for a soak, half the plants bottoms came off and they had black spotting throughout.

Plants arrived healthy and in short time. One, in particular, was much larger than expected; a nice bonus!

This was my 3rd time ordering from Air Plant Supply Co and again I am a satisfied customer. Shipping was quick and my plants arrived in excellent condition. Since the average temp here in Wisconsin is 15 right now ordering plants is always risky, but I was impressed with how my air plants looked when I opened the box. The air plants themselves are gorgeous and I love putting them out on display!

Love these people - incredible shipping - plants arrive in about 3 days, even in the middle of the Caribbean. The best part is when something goes wrong, they quickly and efficiently fix it. Have made errors on two shipments (both gifts), both my error, Customer service responded immediately, calmly rectified the situation, no additional charge. The plants are incredible, big variation in size and shape, decorative and non-demanding. A bit of a learning curve for this traditional gardener. However, should the plant die, instate dried flower arrangement! Live long and prosper Air Plant Supply!
