This was my second big purchase from here, and as always it was perfect. Everything came alive, undamaged, and well packaged. This truly is the best place to shop for anything air plant related.

Excellent plants with many ready to bloom...well packed so much so that even though USPS nearly crushed the box to half the original size none were the worse for the trip

This is a great place to buy your Air plants. They give great service and turn-around to all their customers. I've bought several times and never had a bad experience. Their packaging and plant quality is excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

I’m in love with Betty. I named my jumbo Xerographia after my grandmother who had wild and crazy curly hair. Such a lovely addition to my air plant family.

No insulation in the package. It was delivered at 10 am on a day where the high temperature was below zero degrees. I lost half of the shipment, maybe more. I saw no restrictions on shipments to cold climates, which would have been a good alert. Perhaps I should not have ordered in December, but past orders of live plants come from companies that address such things with date-restriction shipping or good insulation. All your company did was to wrap the plants in tissue paper and stick them in a regular box. That provides no insulation from cold or from heat. I am disappointed.
