I buy air plants in bulk all the time from them but this last time 11 plants from my order arrived sick looking. I tried to revive them but unfortunately I was unsuccessful. Going to have to purchase from someone else next time.

My little holiday tree was great although 3 plants are now dying. But my last order was very poorly wrapped, it took 10 days to arrive so the plants were very dry, and 2 were broken. Disappointing.

First time I ordered I could not believe how awesome and healthy the plants were. This time I had to throw a couple. I get it, they are plants that have been shipped to MN, that's a rough journey. But still kind of expensive and disappointing this time because they were intended gifts. Love the the supporting displays and most of the plants were good, just not the WOW! I had with the first order.

Surprisingly, the package came on 12/21 instead of 12/11. Surprisingly, my plants arrived safe. I was really concerned, no shipping damage either. I was annoyed at the time of shipping, it was unclear where the problem was. I blame the USPS.

As stated on the listing, all other products selected would ship together if you pre-ordered a handmade tree. Our trees are made to order and your tree shipped out on December 17th with a free upgrade to FedEx 2-Day due to ongoing issues with USPS.
