Very poor customer service. Sending multiple plants of different species together and having not one label is not helpful to customers.

Hi Manny,
After looking into this issue we see that you placed an order for the Collector's Choice. It is not our practice to individually label plants that come in a collection. If you send us an email with a picture of your plants we will be more than happy to help you identify each species in your purchased collection.

I wasn’t as pleased with this order as my first two. I had even emailed the company almost two weeks ago but have had no response. My 21 plant order, one was a larger plant, was tightly packed into a 6 inch square box. Most look better after soaking but a few of them still look bad. Had to cut several leaves off the large one as they were broken. Someone should have responded to my email.

I always get healthy plants and im always a happy customer. However I'm concerned about Spanish moss i ordered. Its brown and crispy. Not finding any new growth. I understand sometimes we have to use our green thumb after shipping, but this moss isn't improving after some weeks.
