I had been so happy with every order I had placed until my last order. My air plant arrived looking really sad even after soaking it. I gave you five stars because after contacting customer service I was immediately sent a replacement.

All my plants were healthy. Did soak them for 30 minutes after they arrived and air dried them before placing them, this is my 2nd order with Air Plant Supply Co. and only have great things to say about them. Fast shipping. Also have been using their fertilizer for about a year and my plants are healthy and a couple have bloomed.

The wood holder is so cute and intricate. It's smaller than I would've wanted for the plant I got it for, but that's only because the plant (also from Air Plant Supply Co.) was much bigger than expected which is the best kind of problem to have. :)
