Beautiful, healthy plants were delivered in a reasonable time. Also, I'm delighted to buy from a company that's helping educate the kids in Guatemala.

My plant is beautiful! Shipping is always fast and all the plants I’ve ever purchase here are in great shape. I did forget to claim my free plant last time and sent an email, but never got a response.

Excellent addition to my home decor. The plants are so easy to care for and add that bit of live plant where normally plants would not easily survive without excessive care .

I love the plants and the service. I forgot to enter a discount code. When I contacted the company via contact email, their response was prompt and the discount was deducted. So easy!

I purchased Tillandsia usneoides extra thick 2 1/2' strands but they were not 2 1/2'. They were closer to 3' and beautiful! I was able to divide the three strands into two very large pieces for hanging and I love the way it looks hanging between all my other houseplants. I couldn't believe how full they are and the price for these is quite a bargain for what I received.

I've now received three orders of various plants. My first order (March 2020) was a wonderful assortment of beautiful and hardy plants which arrived in a short amount of time and have done well ever since (currently Oct 2020). I placed another order later in the summer and those took longer to arrive (assuming shipping delays due to COVID) and half were dry and "light" at the time I received them. Half of that largeish order died fairly quickly. The company was wonderful and replaced what I had lost, but the replacement order (which also took longer to arrive) is also perishing at an alarming rate. Unfortunately I would hesitate to purchase anything again until shipping conditions have changed. I don't think the quality of the company is in question so much as the trauma due to prolonged shipping. Maybe there's something that can be changed with packing to ensure the plants are well supported but I'm going to suspect that 2+ weeks in a dark box isn't going to change anything.
