I always have something missing in my order. One order was missing 5 airplants and 1 died. Then I just ordered the shells with live airplant. 11 out of 24 airplants fit. The rest were too big and couldn’t fit. But it’s ok. I’ll wait for pups! However, I reported it and they came through! So I give them 4 out of 5 stars! Hopefully my next order will be perfect!

I recieved my order last week, and when I open the box there was a few plants that rotten, had to removed all the keaves, leaving only the very top to save the plants. When I ordered it says comes with a FREE GIFT, there were no gift included. I called the contact number and left messages, but till now there is no reply or call back.

Absolutely love you guys! I’ve ordered 4 times now and I’ve been 100% pleased every time. All plants I’ve received are happy and healthy and the time from which I actually order to when they arrive is typically only a couple days. Thank you guys for you quality, swiftness, and attention to detail 💜
