The plants all came in great shape and as advertised. I liked that there was already a piece of wire on the length of moss I ordered. Thanks again!

I thought that the assortment would have been an "assortment." All the plants look the same.
Other than that, the order arrived timely and the plants were nice.

I had ordered, but USPS temporarily lost my package. I called and was able to get another package overnighted the day before my event. The first package ended up arriving, looking a bit worse for wear because of their long journey, but sooo grateful for the overnighted plants. Thank yoooou!

If there was a 10 star rating your company would have this rating. From my year and a half experience that 10 star rating held true for every experience. Thank you Air Plant Supply Team!

The plants arrived quickly and in good shape. Unfortunately, I have a lot to learn. I think I watered them wrong or just overwatered them because I had a few of them rot out and die so I have more research to do

I purchased a wholesale pack and most of them looked great upon arrival but there were a few that were browned and getting crispy. I tried soaking them but that didn’t perk them up so I contacted customer support and they sent some replacement plants out immediately. Any time you’re buying plants online there’s a ton of factors that can impact the quality of them upon arrival, so it’s nice that Air Plant Supply has a 30-day guarantee policy. The replacement plants looked very happy and arrived just in time for my plant sale. The prices are very fair, the quality is great, shipping was free, and customer service is excellent. I would recommend Air Plant Supply to anyone looking to buy bulk air plants.
