All the plants I got (20+ in total) are all beautiful, and well kept! I didn’t expect 100% survival in transit but I was wrong! Thank you!

Excellent variety, good size, and great condition (especially considering they arrived to my doorstep when it was 20-30F outside). The only suggestion I could make is to put an informational card informing customers of the air plant species that are in their variety pack. I'm a nerd and a newbie to air plants, so I'll probably just use Google Lens and Tillandsia websites to figure it out, but it seems like something that could potentially be added to the package for curious folks like me. I'm delighted by the quality and resilience of these plants so far. I will definitely be ordering more.

My air plant is beautiful and I am thrilled with it. However, it was delivered on a cold wintery afternoon and was left in my metal mailbox. I am concerned that if I had been out of town overnight and not picked it up until the next morning, it might not have survived. I believe when these ship, they should at least be an email saying the air plant is arriving and it will be left at the front door

I I called the office last week and have not gotten a return call. My order number was 160027. I ordered both plants to be large. Based on your Internet advertisement, they were both 5 inches plus one of them maybe was 2 inches. I was not happy. But spoke to no one the other plant the larger one is very nice.

This is my first time ordering plants in bulk. Each plant was in perfect condition (ordered over 30). The variety and selection of plants was awesome! I will definitely be ordering more.

Plants were lovely but three of them died shortly after arriving. Cork pieces were great

I just recently received my air plants. This is the second time I'm soaking them in a bowl of water. The website was great and the timeliness of the order was fantastic.
