Plant arrived quickly and in great shape however the plant was advertised to include a hanging loop. After the plant had been hanging for about an hour it came crashing to the ground and was pretty badly damaged. Unfortunately I regret trusting the existing loop but if the plant survives it is still a really cool conglomerate of plants.

I’ve had air plants in my home for the last 20 years or so. I would pick one up here & there at craft shows or farmers markets whenever I saw one I liked - some were healthy & others were not. I lost several in a move & happened upon the Air Plant Supply Company & have never looked back! I’ve made many purchases & have yet to be disappointed. The plants are healthy, shipping is fast, the plants are packed well, & customer service is spot on. Don’t hesitate to buy from this company, it’s the best I’ve found.

well first time air plant owner. so I was confused on there site and some how order 20 of something they only sent 19 but ok I loose count somethimes too lol cause I didn't know they were in bulk of 10 very confusing I just wanted 1 plant of each except the one said rare I was going to get 2 cause my daughter in law just started too but she went to a real plant store in person I thought on line for me nothing close to me sells them. so I did have a bad experience get more then wanted but I e mailed them and they are really helpful an in taking them back was glad to hear this other wise I was just going to throw out extra I only bought so many vases for the ones I wanted. so in all was a great place to order . love the differant in plants verse what my daughter in law got at a store love the differance.
