I was hesitant to buy a living plant through the mail-especially since I live in Maine and temperatures were unusually low. I had them delivered to my workplace and they arrived safe & sound. They were perfect an even nicer than I expected! Thank you!

Excellent quality air plants delivered directly to my door. The holiday X-mas air plant tree is maintaining nicely. The cork planter kits are fun to design and create wonderful gifts for friends and family. As someone fairly new to the world of these epiphytes, it would be nice to see a photo lineup of each species in small, medium, & large to help in purchasing on-line. It would also be great to see a video of the growing process in Guatemala and the Pencil Project on your website.

My Rubra-Ball is a nice size. It was pretty dry when it arrived. I immediately gave it a good soaking per instructions and watched carefully. It was misted the next couple of days lightly and then perked up. The tips I had trimmed. It has had a good second soak and misting. It is hanging in a south window currently and being watched 👀 like a hawk. I have seen air plants look better, but I'm not ready to give up yet. I will give her another week, if she doesn't improve I will contact you. Thanks

Some ended up dying.
I sent picture.
I was told I would receive replacements.
