Web site has great photos related to product that matches what you will receive. The shipping is quite fast and product arrives in great condition. Each grouping of plants are hand wrapped and gently packed into the shipping box. If you contact customer service via email you actually do receive a response. There is nothing I could say about this Business that would not be complimentary. I also like shopping with Businesses that are giving back to the community. The Pencils of Promise program is wonderful.
