I think your quality of product is very good. The weight of the pages and the feel of the book in your hands is wonderful. I also like how they reached out with questions of how we wanted a particular photo in our layout printed. I'm a bit disappointed however with the quality of how the photos were printed. Some of them are fuzzy, even though I provided high res photos directly from our photographer for all of them. But overall, a very good product for the money.

I was very impressed by the quality of my album! The program was so easy to use. The only thing I wish is that it would have allowed me to adjust the size and shape of some of the photo boxes. I would refer to a friend but the price is pretty expensive for the average bride even with discounts

I just received my first album from Bride Box last week. I had looked at a lot of different websites and even made a few albums that I never ordered. Once I saw how my album was going to look on this website, I fell in love with it immediately. And when I got my album in the mail I loved it! It's worth every penny I spent and even more. It looks professional but at half the cost of a professional album. My photographer's quote was over double what I paid for my album on Bride Box, yet the quality is amazing.

Really, really amazing quality for the price (Marina style)! I love being able to customize everything and now exactly what we're getting. The metal cover is gorgeous, and the leather seems to be good quality.
The website's interface could be improved, however. The process was tedious to organize photos; when you add the photos they go in a random order that you can't change. I wish you could filter the template you want for each page, so you could search by border style, or how many pictures you want to fit.
I also wish the paper types were compared better on the website with photos or a video showing the difference. The lustre option is still pretty reflective; there is no matte option.
Also, the engraving on the inside cover seems to just be ink, so it's already rubbing off and we've had it for a week!
I still would 100% recommend the site. It's hard to find lay flat options online of high quality!
