I ordered several photo books, gifts, and albums as Christmas gifts and the BrideBox experience was the best. Our parents are thrilled with their wedding albums! The quality and feel of the album is amazing. I loved that there were so many layouts to choose from so I could customize each page based on groups of pictures I wanted together. The customer service is excellent and BrideBox promptly answered my questions and concerns. My only recommendation is to include some video tutorials on how to prepare more advanced layouts with background pictures, etc. Fantastic service, product, and I highly recommend for any heirloom, keepsake album worth investing in!

The product is great. The persons process was terrible. I ordered two books and both times I simple could not order the album. I had to email customer Service to generate a link. The second book I got an error screen but the order did go through and never got any tracking or confirmation emails. I still don’t know when the book will get delivered, very upset because it’s a gift.

This photo album was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. The value was great; it was the most competitive price I could find online. We opted for the 11x14 Anza. The online editor had plenty of layout options. The pages were a great thickness (approx 1mm) and the photos printed true to color. The binding was well done and the cover and presentation turned out beautifully. Thank you!

The parent album that I made for my in-laws just arrived this week and it's gorgeous! The photo cover that we selected looks stunning, the pages are just thick enough (not traditional photo book paper and not hard like cardboard either), and the images all look great. We selected the 10x10 album in order to fit roughly 70 pictures and it's the perfect size. I do wish you could manipulate the layouts a little bit more, and that an auto-layout feature was available, but the software was very easy to use, we got a terrific deal and are very happy with the final product. We know that our parents will be too! Looking forward to making the next one.

My only critique is I wish I could have created custom layouts on the pages. There were many templates to choose from, but being able to make custom pages would have been ideal.
