I was very pleased with the crosses. I ordered two for Chrismation's and they were delivered within four days of ordering them. The crosses were high quality, and the catechumens loved them.
Thank you.

My icons were out of stock when I first tried to order them, but praise God you notified me that they were again available. When I spoke with your representative he assured me that they would arrive in time for Christmas. They were gifts so this was so important to me. And they were a big hit, instantly displayed! Thanks so much…

It took multiple attempts to connect with a live person for assistance and by the time the gift I ordered to be delivered early in December, it never got delivered until January. It was disappointing.

I purchased an Orthodox cross for my Godchild. The selection was wonderful. The cross was beautiful and sent in a timely manner. I would definitely buy from Ancient Faith Store again.

Alex was and has always been exceptionally helpful when I call in my order. However, this most recent time, I did not receive an email with the Invoice, price, confirmation number, etc. Usually, I ask for this info while still on the phone, but I thought you are always prompt in sending this to my email, so I didn't ask. I ordered on a Friday, so I will wait to call on Monday.
Many items you offer are beautiful and I wish you would have them in stock. I realize it is difficult to anticipate what people will want, so as long as items will be available on back order, we can wait.
You have a comprehensive site. Maybe you could add one or two table vigil glass holders to place in front of icons. Thank you.

I loved the products I ordered. They were gifts we gave as sponsors for the Chrismations of dear friends. Very sturdy and great quality, but I felt a little too pricey, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
