I could not be more disappointed, ring was not the correct size and the 1.6 carat stone looked out of place with the 2 smaller .6 carat stones. I wish they offered images of the different sized stones in the setting and this could have been avoided. We wanted to exchange for the correct size and the smaller center stone, but we have not heard anything back from the company after calling, e-mailing, submitting a request on their website and messaging on their facebook page. It's been over 2 weeks and I finally had to file a dispute with my bank to try and get our money back. Please avoid this company at all costs, they are not reputable.

I would not even give this one star but I had to in order to leave a review. The ring band literally changed colors within a matter of days while I was wearing it!! It is now a dark copper color!! The moissanite is a low grade as I have a large black dot staring back at me in the middle of the stone! Who does this vendor think we are out here that they can pull this kind of "false advertising" on us the public? Shame on you Armada...how do you sleep at night??!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve tried to contact them three times via email because I’d like to change my stone. They’ve never responded to me at all. I’m not happy with the ring, but I would be if I could change my stone. Hopefully they will see this and finally respond. If you buy from them don’t assume you’ll ever be able to get in touch with them.

They claim to be based on NY but that's fake. They are from Israel. They say free shipping and no taxes. I was sent a bill from FedEx for $94 after delivery. There was no communication I began to believe this was a fraudulent company. But on a good note the ring is very nice and brings lots of compliments.

Trying to reach the company for an exchange has been a very trying experience! There is no phone number to contact anyone. Ive emailed and FINALLY got a respond, but its still very delayed. Make sure what you order is the correct item. Love my ring, just need the correct band to go with it.

Product doesn't look like the one advertised on the web. Return policy doesn't have a clear explanation. Paying for own return to a foreign country pretty much forces one to keep the item whether they want it or not. Not happy !!
