Bad Customer Service, with extremely (or no) response via email and the a phone number that goes to Voice mail and no one calls you back.
I wanted to talk to them about a lost delivery from the courier company they use and I'm still yet to get a answer from them and i have followed up everyday for over a week now.
I wouldn't recommend them

Hi Jeff. We lodged the parcel request for you to find out why Aramex Couriers still have not delivered the package on July 14th at your request. They just this afternoon emailed me personally to let me know they are still yet to locate the package and are still in the process of looking into it. I've responded to your emails that you have sent through to us explaining what's going on with the delivery. Not sure why you cant get through on the phone? It's operational Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm AEST if you were trying to call over the weekned? I will call you to discuss further in the morning if you like? Regards, Toby

I would have given 5 stars if not for the delivery guy who just abandoned the parcel at the entrance of my apartment. No call, no text nothing. I only got to know when I received the email that it was delivered and I went down to check. This could have been 10 mins after, enough time to get my parcel stolen by anyone who passes by. Your prices are very competitive and I want to purchase more but this incedent makes me think twice about purchasing any expensive items. Hope you will look into this. Thanks!
