I don’t often give five stars especially as I did not receive the product.
I was very impressed with the quick communication when my book was not available. I received a prompt email and also a personal follow up call when it became clear it would not be available any time soon and speedy refund. Thank you

Good experience as a whole but despite calling and messaging, didn't get any email with regards status of my order.
They double checked that the email address was correct at their end and yet still nothing!
Goods arrived as promised which was the main objective and at a good price!
Will use them again.
