The worst on line purchase experience ever ! - No delivery of important part ordered after 22 days "en-route" with suppliers courier and then obviously lost with courier falsely claiming that delivery was made and asking for a rating of their performance ...! . -Instead of taken action Customer service keeps directing to contact their couriers who are unable to be contacted by phone email or even via their own non working contact form ! - What n experience - Now having to battle to get a refund ... (Can't submit without ticking at least 1 star - Should minus..)

Hi Frank. Thanks for reaching out. Your order was dispatched less than 24 hours after you made the purchase and was in transit ever since. With the high amount of packages in the network and your rural location, the order took slightly longer than usual in the transit process. We went out of our way to open cases with the courier company on your behalf to try and speed up the process for you and were in constant communication with yourself from when you first reached out a few days after the order was sent. Unfortunately we do not have control over how fast courier companies deliver packages once its in their possession but can try and speed up the process on your behalf as we did. The reason we mentioned that you're more than welcome to contact the courier in question is because all avenues of options regarding opening cases and speaking with the courier company directly had all been exhausted. We understand your frustration with the transit times and we're more than happy to pass on those issues to the courier company to hopefully streamline their practices. Regards, Toby
