Customer service contacted me by phone informing me of a delay with one of the products I had ordered. I was impressed with the professionalism of the person and the information of when to expect my delivery was spot on. Highly recommend Automegastore.

Hi Joshua. With ongoing supplier delays around Australia, half your order has been delivered and the other half of the order is being delivered any day now according to the tracking with Australia Post. One of our customer service members reached out on a number of seperate occasions to let you know of the ongoing delays and we appreciate your patience with the whole process. Regards, Toby

Hi Jamie. Thanks for reaching out. As discussed over the phone shortly after the order was placed, there were ongoing delays with supply of some of the stock in the order due to shortages in Australia. Your items were delivered on the 26th of October. We appreciate your patience throughout the whole process. Regards. Toby

The comprehensive toolbox arrived promptly- within a few days after ordering- and on opening was found to contain a good selection of quality chrome vanadium tools. It was a perfect gift at an unbeatable price as a first kit for my teenage grandson to further his technical aptitude. Thankyou!
