I still have not received my purchase. I have followed up twice and been replied to quickly so thank you for that. how is it possible to take from the 25th August and still nothing!! I am a parts distribution and repair business in Perth and receive parcels and boxes every day from Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney I know how long it takes. I strongly recommend you change your courier.

Hi Ken. Thanks for reaching out. It appears to still be in transit with the courier company. We're seeing a number of parcel delays around the country at the moment due to the high number of parcels in the network. I have submitted a parcel enquiry on your behalf to get an update from them which will force them to specifically look into the package and try and find out what's going on with it. We'll provide you with an update once it comes through to us. Appreciate your patience. Regards, Toby

Unfortunately the product I ordered was not in stock which was disappointing. It took about three weeks to get it delivered to my home. During that time, I received updates from Toby on a regular basis which I appreciated. The product was worth waiting for.
