Absolute Crap service
The courier they used Delivered my item to a Public foot path and It was Subsequently Stolen. Tried to chase up a Replacment or Refund and was told this is not possible as the Courier has Followed the Instructions and delivered the Parcel.
Now I'm $600 out of Pocket and Don't have what I ordered.
Completely Dissatisfied, Would NOT recommend buying from them.
Will be Seeking legal advice as to getting my Money back.

Hi Peter, our service to you was actually outstanding, we dispatched your order within 12 hours & you received it within 4 days, i have viewed the delivery images from Couriers Please and the delivered items were placed up your driveway, next to a hedge up against your colorbond gated fence, there was no access to your porch/front door plus there were no special instructions on your order or communication from yourself, if there had of been we could've provided a different delivery solution. I completely understand your frustration & dissatisfication but we & the courier company have done everything correctly, theft of online orders is a real problem & its on the increase, May I suggest you obtain a parcel Locker or get your items sent to your work. Perhaps you can claim this loss on your household insurance?
We are more than happy to help you with your insurance claim & offer a discount on the re purchased items. We are here to help. Kind regards Tiffany.

Fantastic lubricant for my bike and derailier gears, really cuts the friction down. Lot cheaper also in bulk compared to buying in spray cans. Nice touch being supplied with the great hand sprayer. Thanks.

Really friendly service and quick to respond.
They went out of their way to get the majority of my order to me first while another item I ordered was on backorder.

Got the product ordered, thrown over the fence on the front lawn, credit card hacked after purchase even though PayPal used, search in website only brings up McGuire products probably won’t use again.
