Response from AutoMegaStore

Hi Troy.
Thanks for reaching out. Your order was placed on July 29th and dispatched less than 24 hours later on July 30th. The package was delivered on August the 5th from Australia Post. Those are standard shipping times right around Australia. Not sure what issues you faced there but our customer service team answers all phone calls and emails. Maybe there was an issue getting through?
If you have any further queries, dont hesitate to call our customer support line directly on 0426 995 457.
Regards,
Toby

Products arrived in a reasonable time frame and was very please with the quality of the products received. Putting tape over the cap of the bottle of polish was excellent to ensure it didn't leak!
