I have a metal connection on my hose. Trying to get the wash brush copnnected is a night mare due to the design of the connecting adptor attached to the wash brush. I will need to buy a new wash brush connector, to fit the metal connector or purchase an plastic connection for my hose, trusting it will not be a problem, connecting to the wash brush connector. Delivery was slow, estimated 4 days to get the package from Adelaide to Melbourne. Why the package could not go straight from Adelaide to either Canberra or Sydeny is beyond me.

Your order was placed on the 13th of March, dispatched on the 14th of March, and delivered on 23rd of March via Couriers Please, which is the time frame we advertise in our Shipping & Delivery online.
Unfortunately, the courier is responsible for your parcel once collected from our warehouse, therefore we are unable to control or edit the route they take to deliver as it depends on their depot locations and so on.
We have not received any contact from you besides this review and we do urge customers to contact us directly via email or phone so we can resolve any issues asap.
I have just sent you an email to discuss this matter further and see if there is anything we can advise or do to help.

The Eagle One Never Dull Metal Cleaner & Polisher is mildly abrasive cotton wadding and cleaning solution, as advertised online.
It is supposed to come as a dry but potent ball of cotton which may be misleading to the touch, however, once applied, you will be able to see the amount of product it carries.
